Almond Cookie Bliss Balls Recipe

These are Almond Cookie Bliss Balls by Weichen (@lucky__peach).

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp ground chia

2 That’s it. Apple + Coconut fruit bars

1 That’s it. Apple + Mango fruit bar

1/3 cup oats

3 Tbsp almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)

Pinch of salt

Some coconut chips and sunflower seeds

(optional): almonds

Instructions:

  1. With a food processor (or blender), combine chia and That’s it. fruit bars.
  2. Transfer That’s it. fruit bars and chia into a bowl. Mix in oats, almond butter, salt, coconut chips, and sunflower seeds.
  3. Shape mixture into a ball shape.
  4. (optional) Press lightly with finger and press an almond in.
