Ingredients
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup milk or milk alternative (your choice!)
Tip: Add some vanilla for additional flavor if you're using unflavored milk
Instructions
1. Mix your ingredients together in a mason jar or small storage container
2. Seal the lid and allow your ingredients to sit overnight
