It’s time to go green and what better way to show your love of St. Patty’s than with green beer?! We added matcha, an antioxidant power-house to kick up the Irishness of our favorite hops. Plus, there is a delicious non-alcoholic lemonade! Check out our go-to recipes.
Green Matcha Beer
Ingredients:
- Your favorite light beer
- 1/2 tsp matcha, dissolved in ½ cup of warm water
Directions:
Dissolve matcha in ½ cup of warm water, fill a glass ¾ full with beer, add in matcha mix.
The matcha will fluff up the beer foam with a rich, velvety texture! Pair with a That’s it. bar.
Green Matcha Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of hot water
- ½ teaspoon of matcha
- 1 cup of sugar or 3 packets of stevia
- ½ cup fresh squeeze lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
- 6 cups of cold water
Directions:
Stir the matcha green tea powder and sugar into the hot water. Once dissolved, add the lemon juice and cold water. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
