Healthy, Quick & Delicious Rawnola Recipe

Looking to make a delicious rawnola recipe? This delightfully rawsome granola recipe is made up of only raw ingredients.

Ingredients:

¾ cup GF rolled oats

¼ cup unsweetened coconut

1 mango

1 Asian pear

1 That’s it. Apple + Mango fruit bar

1 That’s it. Apple + Pear fruit bar

4 medjool dates, pitted

2 Tbsp water or nut milk

Dash of cinnamon

Optional: 3 Tbsp crushed nuts

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Pulse until mixture becomes a granola consistency.
  3. Optional: dehydrate at 115 for 4-6 hours OR add 3 Tbsp of crushed nuts for an extra crunch
  4. Store in refrigerator.
